Note: Feb 11th is the last day we can guarantee you housing with your campus group. Online registration closes after Feb 18th.  Late registrants pay $115 at the door.

ONLINE REGISTRATION PREPAYMENT: $40.00

When you register online, you must pay a non-refundable $40 deposit toward your conference fee. You will need a credit or debit card to make your conference prepayment; however, someone else may pay on your behalf. (Please indicate someone else is paying on your behalf in the comments box during registration!)

If you absolutely cannot make your deposit payment via credit card, you will be given an option on the payment page to pay by check via snail mail.

You will pay the remainder of your conference fee when you check in on Friday, February 22nd – cash or check only.

REGISTRATION STEPS

Step 1: Registration
On the next page you will enter and confirm your registration information, including which track you would like to attend on Saturday. (see Tracks)

Standard housing has four persons per room, two per queen bed. You may bring a sleeping bag and pad if you wish. You may reserve a private bed for an additional $52.

We strongly encourage all who are able to arrive at 4pm or shortly after. You can relax at the hotel for a few hours before things get started, and you can help us avoid a rush!

Step 2: Payment
After submitting your registration, you will be taken to the payment page. Deposit payments must be made within 24 hours of registration time. We are using Paypal to process credit card payments. You do not need a special Paypal account to make your deposit payment (however if you have one you may use it.)

It is important that you or another payer enters the correct name & billing address associated with the credit card, which may be different than your school address.

After successful payment, you will be taken to a confirmation page. If you submit your registration and then have problems with payment, either return to the unique payment web address given to you on the payment page, or contact us by email for help. You do not need to re-register!
